In 2008, a Cuban immigrant decides to make a Cuban-style ice cream
called Bocadito, which is an ice cream sandwich with panetela,
starts the production of the ice cream in an artisanal way,
the commercialization of the ice cream is done in a single
cafeteria-style point of sale. The packaging was made in waxed
paper and today it is packed in flexible paper that guarantees
the entire process of sanitation and conservation of the product’s
cold chain.
As the product was made known, the initiative was created to
market it in supermarkets and the coding of the product was
achieved in the different chain supermarkets.
Currently, an ice cream has been designed that satisfies the
taste of all the public, in such a way that ice cream is to the
liking of consumers at a general level.
Today it is sold in chain supermarkets in South Florida,
minimarket, service stations, restaurants, pizzerias, schools
and many commercial establishments of various economic activities.
Initially, three flavors were offered to the market, Chocolate,
strawberry and Vanilla. Today we have a variety of 8 flavors.
We are the first in the market to produce this type of ice cream,
optimizing the manufacturing process in such a way that our flavor and quality are unmistakable.
We maintain the tradition of the product, seeking to maintain
quality and presence throughout the market, we increase our
portfolio and offer a pint of Ice Cream in 10 flavors and
Coconut-flavored Ice Cream in the coconut shell.
